Electrical discipline lead at TAECJAA: 9 LACT units and 3 fiscal provers. 400–765 kV transmission (CORPOELEC, EDELCA), substations, power quality and critical-system energization.

EPC process engineering with independent technical verification; CFD and multiphase flow simulation; industrial water treatment; quality assurance under ISO 9001 with certified internal audit.

Xacobeo track record
Founded in 1999: extended basic engineering (FEED) for PDVSA's TAECJAA — North Platform and monobuoy included — and basic engineering for the Barinas and Apure stations; established channels with Faure Herman, Katronic, AUMA, Bray, Atmos, Shinkawa, Milesight and Gensa.
